 SecurePlate is a theft resistant number plate that protects the vehicle owner from identity fraud, such as fuel forecourt drive offs, congestion charges and other serious related crimes; the plate breaks up into a minimum of 4 pieces and cannot be reused on another vehicle. SecurePlate is the first system to meet the DVLA’s tough theft-resistant standard; it must withstand a 3 minute attack and once removed be in an unusable condition.
The patented numberplate, certified by Sold Secure and approved by "Secured By Design", a national crime prevention initiative, is specially designed to shatter into pieces, making it impossible to use on any other vehicle.
